TECHNICAL DATA SHEET FOR SHREECRYL PF-45 (Water Based)

For ACRYLIC COPOLYMER FOR PROTECTION FILM MANUFACTURE

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE	Bluish white copolymer free flowing emulsion.
CHEMICAL NATURE	PF-45 is an Acrylic copolymer dispersion suitably modified with dispersing agents, tackfiers, buffers to retain long shelf life, permanent, nontransferable low tack etc.
NON - VOLATILES	53 - 54 %
pH VALUE	4 - 6
ACID VALUE	1 - 3 mgm of KOH/gram of substance.
COLLOIDS / STABILISER	Cellulose derivative and special quality polyvinyl alcohol and various surfactants.
PARTICLE SIZE	0.5 - 1 microns, very fine size.
VISCOSITY BY BROOKFIELD : 100 CPS – 300 CPS (1 – 3 poises) VISCOMETER, RVT MODEL, SPINDLE 1/2 AT 20 RPM AND 30^o C	100 CPS – 300 CPS (1 – 3 poises)
PEEL VALUE AT 4-5 gsm, cured at 110^o C for 4 mts.	100 - 125 gms per inch.
SHEAR VALUE AT 4-5 gsm coating & cured at 110O C for 4 mts, with a load of 0.5 kg	90 to 100 hours
Drying Rate	Moderate to allow medium speed roller application on treated poly film at 3-5 gsm (dry coating)

COMPATIBILITY : Shreecryl PF-45 is compatibility with plasticisers like DBP, solutions of polyvinyl alcohol, surface-active agents, fungicides etc. It is compatible with water.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES : Shreecryl PF-45 is applied by roller for protection film production. For specialized purposes, it can be spray coated too.

USE OF SHREECRYL PF-45

1) For mass production of protection film on treated polyfilm.
2) It can be used for low tack stickers on PET, PVC etc.

DO'S & DO NOT'S

1) Do not mix with any other brand of protection film products.
2) Do not unnecessary thin down with water.
3) Use clean rollers. After work, clean with water.
4) Keep the container containing PF-45 closed to avoid contamination and skinning.
5) Store the glue under normal temperatures.

PACKING SIZE: 200 kgs, 50kgs & 5kgs.
